The really odd thing about steam in modern livery is that if you're an enthusiast then you just know you've seen this sort of thing in weird dreams... you know, the sort where its 2008 but no cars and there's still Baby Grand trams and an Overhead Railway and everyone uses them, and your bus to work is an ECW bodied Bristol FLF which rolls to a stop at Exchange Station just as a maroon Class 504 is pulling into the platform next to a green 25 with some blood-and-custard Mk 1s, and... ...er... oh. Is that just me then? Oh well... wibble... Utterly fantastic job as usual, well done mate!

Probably due to the way the stripes run out, although there isn't much else you could do, given that if you had placed them higher you would have had complications with the boiler.

From Chuck at 2008-11-28 22:53:36 : Oh, I approve. Although I'm trying to decide whether or not it'd look better with the "INTERCITY" and the swallow swapped over, or the swallow on the tender, the number repeated on the smoke deflector and "INTERCITY" on the boiler... I'll shut up now.
