From amethyst at 2008-11-27 17:14:03 : My first impression was that it was an incorrectly liveried model, straight from the box, probably something to do with the bright shining coupling rods and motion. The livery is not too inappropriate as some of the A1 did operate on the W.C.M.L. in the early 1950s. Being an L.M.S. fan it would probably have been accepted. Superb rendition.

In theory this livey could of been applied to the fleet if it was adopted as the livery instead of a variation of the GWR livery
